Posting/Promoting Other Desi Forum/Site Links In The Shoutbox Or Around The Forums, Or Through PMs, Or Through Signatures, Or Within Attachments Is Strictly Prohibited.
Requesting Other Forum Invites Are Strcitly NOT Allowed.
Violators Will Be Issued Permanent Ban Without Notice.

Do NOT Spam.
Thread 'Bumping' Is Strictly NOT Allowed.
Avoid REPOSTS. Conduct A SEARCH Before You Post Somthing.
Do Not Use ALL CAPITALS In Your Thread Titles
Excessive Special Characters (Non Alphabetic) In Titles Are Not Allowed.
Thread Titles Must Be Clean In General Forums - Do Not Use Censored Words Even In A Modified Form.
Violators May Be Issued Warning Points Or A Permanent Ban.

4] General Behavior

Avoid Making Personal Comments On Fellow Members.
Avoid Discussing Sensitive Political/Religious Based Discussions
Avoid Using Offensive/Vulgar Language In The General Forums.
Do not tell people to read the Rules, the FAQ, or comment on their ratios, warning points or post count.
Violators May Be Issued Warning Points Or A Permanent Ban.

5] Shoutbox

Strictly No Advertising. ANY Form Of External Advertising Through The Shoutbox Will Result In A Permanent Ban.
Shoutbox Is Mainly To Provide "Live" Help To DBB Users And Day To Day Short Discussions And Chat.
To Request For A Particular File etc, Use The Request Sections.
Users May Not "Promote" More Than 3 Threads At A Time. Posting Unlimited Links At Once Is Not Acceptable Any More. Use The Site Resources Wisely.
Do Not Paste More Links If The ShoutBox Front Page Already Has 3 Links From You
Words That Are Censored Should Not Be Allowed In Thread Titles That You Post In The ShoutBox.
Posting Adult Links, Adult Chat etc Is Strictly NOT Allowed.
Violators May Be Issued Warning Points Or A Permanent Ban.
Users of a group holds no rights to discuss about other group members (be it directly taking names or talking with hidden names and sarcasm) If anyone found abusing or making funny comments about other members they will be warned first and then getting a direct BAN
