You Must follow some steps and rules before and for starting a new thread.
1: Always search forum, before starting a new thread, if your problem have been answered or solved earlier.
2: Always search user guide section before asking here if ur problem is convertion/codec releated.
3: Never give titles like "Need Help" "Urgent help" etc etc. Always mention your problem in title. or else your thread will not be entertained and will be deleted.
4: If your you get no response to your question do't pannic or start new thread, wait untill some one comes with solution or just post in same thread so that it can be noted.
5. also post screenshot of your error message, that helps us a lot to resolve the query
People not following guidelines will be warned and may be banned if repeated.
